Best Way to Lose Body Fat

Best Ways to Lose Body Fat

Check out some of the best ways to lose body fat with these healthy weight loss tips. You need to eat the right foods in the right amount and at the right time and of course do some exercise to burn off the food you have just eaten. Our body is a fined tuned machine that needs to be regularly maintained.

The older we get the easier it is to gain body fat, our metabolism changes and our lifestyle changes and we have to change our eating and exercise habits along the way. Most of us slowly increase our weight a few ounzes a month and it becomes pounds over the the years so, we need to keep our eye on it regularly.

Your body metabolism is so important, I can stress that enough, do you know how to find out what your BMI is?

Make sure you eat all the colors of the rainbow as the oranges and yellow vegetables like carrots, squash and sweet potatoes contain Vitamin A's. Green vegetables like brussel sprouts, broccoli and so many benefits.

My trainer always says that fat loss starts in the kitchen, and he says that for proper body fat loss you should eat 5-6 small meals spaced about 2-3 hours apart. He advocated lower carbs and if you must have carbs try to have them in the morning.

A typical day  for my diet would look like.

Breakfast: Eggs with smoked fish, club soda
Snack: Handful of walnuts
Lunch: Handful of olives, walnuts, club soda
Snack: 1 Handroll made of protein rich shrimp, salmon and avocado. No rice.
Dinner: Grilled fish with mixed veggies
Snack: acai shake with whey protein powder

While I have not lost a lot of weight yet per say, 6 lb in 2 weeks, I am starting to feel my clothes getting loser and that is a great feeling. With some flexing I am even starting to see early signs of a 6 pack.

CORE EXERCISES Improve your Balance and Stability

Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.

Core Exercises can help tighten those muscles, Pilates is a wonderful class to attend to strengthen your core muscles.

Want more defined abdominal muscles? Core exercises are important. Although it takes aerobic activity to burn abdominal fat, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles.

You can even do core exercises at home with a fitness ball, these are great and don't take up much room at home. To do abdominal crunches with a fitness ball, for example, sit on the ball with your feet resting on the floor, about hip-width apart. Cross your arms on your chest, tighten your abdominal muscles and lean back until your abdominal muscles kick in. Hold for three deep breaths, then return to the starting position and repeat. There are a bunch of exercises to do with these balls, they are a worthwhile fitness tool in your home.

The Resistancy Band is a wonderful exercise tool and also take up very little room to store in a draw and you can be sitting watching TV using this band to stretch those muscle.

SELF MOTIVATION

Set up a specific goal. I" want to lose body fat within two months" "I want to have a 10% body fat ."

This is one of the best ways to lose body fat is your motivation and belief in yourself that you can do this.

Always write down your goals and read your notes daily. The Daily Diary will help you do this.

Do not be afraid to reward yourself if you have accomplished a specific goal. Treats are special.

The best way to illustrate your progress is to take before and after photos of yourself

It is not always possible to eat all the right foods in sufficient quantities for optimal nutritional balance or exercise everyday, but if we start on the right path today, it will help us in the future . If your body is to function properly and increase fat burning you must provide all the proper nutrients. High quality supplements are a great way to consume concentrated amounts of the proper nutrients in balanced proportions.
